Returns Policy

At Mucky Bubba we pride ourselves on providing quality baby bibs products that have been manufactured to the strictest quality standards. We understand that sometimes you may wish to return a baby bib that you have purchased, so we have set out a policy regarding this to help you in this process.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In the event of a return being required as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your product to Mucky Bubba.

When you place an order, a number of shipping options are available. We complete all shipping via Australia Post, and depending on the option you choose, delivery will take between 1 and 10 days.

We currently post to Australian, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States address’, but if you are in another country please do not hesitate to Contact Us and we will do our best to help you!
